We had a fantastic stay at this venue. The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, making us feel right at home. Despite a small issue with the Jacuzzi, we were still able to use it and even received complimentary beers as a token of appreciation. They also extended our breakfast service, ensuring we had a leisurely start to our day. The wide selection of free cosmetics was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel's luxurious amenities truly enhanced our comfort.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast buffet was great and I enjoyed the free cosmetic selection that was provided. the hotel's location was very convenient, located near restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to extend my checkout time until 1 pm on New Year's Day.
My overall experience was not great due to a few negative aspects. the room was cramped and had a strong odor of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room.

I recently stayed in a hotel that had amazing facilities and a friendly and respectful staff. the room was great and had a cozy atmosphere with a wide selection of cosmetics. the breakfast offering was extensive and flavorsome. the service in the hotel was top-notch with the staff extending the breakfast time frame due to a small problem in our Jacuzzi. the location is also advantageous with many attractions nearby. You will love the free beer that comes with identifying the problem in the Jacuzzi.
The hotel is not designed for individuals with disabilities as there is no elevator.

We had an excellent stay with amazing facilities and very friendly staff who were respectful. Although their English was limited, they were always willing to help us with whatever we needed. The selection of cosmetics provided for free was very wide, and the breakfast was good as well.

The hotel had a great location, it was easy getting around and exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, we loved how respectful and friendly they were. The free cosmetic selection was a very nice extra, and it was great to have breakfast service extended upon finding a problem with our room.
Our room was advertised as having a pool table, but it was quite small and shooting angles were limited. we had to carry our luggage upstairs as there was no elevator.
